2. What happens during a dog walk?

Your dog will enjoy a safe, structured walk tailored to their energy level and needs. Each visit includes fresh water, a quick check-in on their well-being, and a detailed visit update.

3. Do you send visit updates?

Yes! After every walk, you’ll receive a report that may include notes, photos, and walk details.

4. Do I need to be home during the visit?

Not at all. Most clients provide us with a key, lockbox code, or door access instructions. We’ll handle everything while your dog enjoys their walk.

5. Can you handle special instructions or medications?

Yes. We can accommodate feeding needs, routines, and simple oral medications. Just let us know during the meet-and-greet.

6. What if the weather is bad?

We walk in rain, heat or cold weather. For severe heat, storms, or unsafe conditions, we adjust with shorter walks and longer indoor enrichment/play to ensure that we keep your pup and our employees safe.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made before 8:00 PM the night before are free of charge. Same-day cancellations or after-hours cancellations are billed at the full visit rate.

8. Do you offer weekend or holiday visits?

Yes! Weekend and holiday visits are available with advanced booking. Holiday rates or minimums may apply.

9. How are payments handled?

Credit cards are charged weekly. We accept standard digital payments to keep billing simple and transparent.

10. Are you insured and bonded?

Absolutely. For your peace of mind, we maintain full insurance and bonding coverage.

11. What if I’m out of town?

We offer travel care, including multiple daily visits, feeding, walks, and companionship. This service requires advanced booking and has a 48-hour cancellation window.

12. Do you walk dogs of all sizes and breeds?

Yes! We welcome dogs of every size, age, and breed, as long as they’re friendly and safe for handling.

13. Will my dog walk with other dogs?

Walks are always one-on-one unless you request a paired walk with dogs from the same household.

14. What if my dog has behavioral challenges?

We can accommodate many dogs with mild behavioral needs. For safety, we do not walk dogs who show aggression toward humans or extreme reactivity.

15. How do I book, change, or cancel a visit?

You can schedule through our client portal, message us directly, or call/text. We keep scheduling flexible and convenient.
